Are you open on the weekends?

No. Our pick up hours are 7:30 am until 3:30 pm Monday to Friday and our office hours are 7:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.


Do you deal directly with the public?

Yes. Feel free to come into our office to discuss any glass needs for your upcoming project - large or small. Alternatively, you can call or email our sales staff.

Can you process my own glass?

We can re-size/re-work customer’s own glass providing that the glass isn’t toughened. All work on customers own glass is undertaken with the understanding that our “all care, no responsibility” policy applies. Glass can break for numerous reasons while being processed and we can not guarantee success. All glass must be delivered to us with detailed accompanying paperwork.

Are you able to give advice as to the relevant laws, codes and regulations that apply to my job?

No. We are not glaziers and our sales staff are under instructions not to give any advice relating to relevant laws, codes or regulations as the consequences for giving out incorrect information unintentionally are too great. All glass must be used/glazed in strict compliance with relevant Australian Standards. You must speak to a professional installer if in doubt.

Can I bring my own furniture down to have glass made to suit?

Yes you can (within reason). Please keep in mind that it is policy in the glass trade that customers own glass, templates, frames, doors etc. are accepted on the basis of “all care, no responsibility” for any damage sustained while on our premises. We always suggest that the best approach is to provide us with an MDF template to work to as opposed to leaving furniture with us.

In the event that we stick mirrors to doors please keep in mind that we keep the glass slightly undersized to avoid the edges being exposed to impact unless otherwise specified.

What is the best way to clean my glass?

What are your lead times?

Lead times listed are to be used as a guide only.
- Float glass 24 hours
- Mirrors 24 hours
- Shaped bevels 3 - 5 days
- Toughened glass 5 - 7 working days

Can I place an order over the phone?

Basic orders can be placed over the phone, however, please keep in mind that we will not enter into disputes over incorrect order details without supporting written purchase orders.
